Jaime was just lovely to work with. My situation was likely quicker than most as once I decided to buy I found a property online very quickly (I have had my eye on the market in this area for years). However, she was quick to look at the home with me in person and offer advice. I had only owned a home in FL. I had never purchased a property in MA. Like most things in MA vs. FL, the process is a little more complicated. Jaime was not only VERY responsive (via text, email, phone) and knowledgeable yet she also is well connected. I felt comfortable every step of the way working with her and the other professionals she recommended. I will recommend her to all my friends and clients looking to purchase or sell in MA.

Jaime was fantastic listing agent to work with when I sold my house in Medford. It was a great bungalow but through staging, she really elevated the look and feel of the house! Marketing of the listing and engagement with people at the open houses was great and a ton of people came through.
When all was said and done we had two offers on the house in less than a week and I closed a little over a month or so later. The whole process was seamless!

Jaime’s attention to detail, responsiveness, honesty, and strong business acumen made it a pain-free process from our first meeting right through the close. I live out of state and Jaime was an incredible help in getting my place in shape for sale. Jaime explained what needed to be done in a very clear manner, how much she estimated it would cost, recommended a handyman, and oversaw the work. When it came to pricing the home, Jaime laid out her strategy and her understanding of the local market really paid off in the end. What might have been a long and complicated sale (due to specific circumstances with the condo)ended up taking 1 month from listing to close with the final sale 17% over the asking price. Jamie was absolutely fabulous to work with when we sold our condo in Cambridge! I cannot say enough good things. We were living out of state and not too familiar with the Cambridge market recently and knew the market well and were able to guide us on how to price the condo appropriately to get the best sale price. She also handled a hiring a handyman to help with some maintenance of the unit since we were out of state. Finally, we had an issue with our first offer and she was amazingly patient and organizing going back to other offers and following up to get another offer. Jaime helped us with closing a home in a market (Brookline, MA) that was tight on supply and high on prices. Using her soft negotiation skills she even helped us close a gap between the seller's asking price and what our budget ceiling was, effectively saving off 50k off our purchase home price (no small feat given the situation described above). She moved with ease and patience, effectively managing many personalities and conflicting agendas and interests. I am of the opinion that if we hadn't chosen Jaime for our home purchase, we would still be looking for a home, 6 months later.

Jamie is a really great real estate agent who took care of our selling with utmost care and patience. We are glad to have worked with her. We build our townhouses and sold one side with her. She gave us the most accurate comparisons and didn't try to rush us. Instead, she patiently coached us on the market conditions and best timing. We are really happy with the services she provided and much forethought went into staging, planning, scheduling, and coordinating. She definitely earns that commission.
I had discussed the townhouse selling with six agents (some recommended by friends) and they come in all flavors, some very pushy, some give you a bad vibe, some are pompous, and some trying to low-ball my expectations. One agent had the gull to tell me to price the house at 38% below the final selling price and quite convincingly tell me that is the best he can do in this market. It takes a lot of time to search and sort out the one person that you have a good vibe with and trust he/she has your best interest. For us that is Jamie. The selling process can be very nerve-racking. It takes an experienced professional to help calm you, wait if needed, and find you the best path forward. It also takes an experienced negotiator to get the best pricing and keep constant communication so selling can reach the final stage. We felt taken care of the entire way through by Jamie and her team, and with minimal drama. I would highly recommend her and her team to you.
